New Year’s Eve at Lake Chiemsee
On 31 December, the Chiemgauhof is hosting LAKE NOIR – a New Year’s Eve celebration right on the shores of Lake Chiemsee. A festive five-course menu, live music and selected performances will set the tone for the evening, before the night continues in the bar.
At midnight, the lake takes centre stage: Champagne, music and Lake Chiemsee by night. Afterwards, LAKE NOIR continues in its own rhythm until the early hours of the new year 2027.

Cuisine at LAKE NOIR
The cuisine remains firmly rooted in the Chiemgau region, but on this evening it takes on a more festive, surprising and slightly more opulent character. Chiemsee whitefish, black truffle, turbot, lobster and Chiemgau pasture-raised beef offer a first taste of what’s to come. The finale is dark and sweet: chocolate, sour cherries and delicate roasted flavours.
Some details and special moments will remain a surprise until the evening itself.

From 11.00 pm, LAKE NOIR opens its doors to everyone who wants to see in the New Year and enjoy the night at the Chiemgauhof. Midnight by the Lake with fireworks, champagne, followed by the Noir House Party in the bar with a DJ and selected live performances.
